The Experience Behind The Green Apple

My professional path has always sat at the intersection of people, systems, and change. With a Ph.D. in Business Information Management and years of leadership experience in international business environments, I have spent much of my career working on how organizations transform—not only in theory, but in real operating contexts where expectations, culture, speed, and execution all collide.

Over time, I noticed the same pattern again and again. Companies investing in overseas growth often focused either on the business system or on the individual leader, but rarely on both. Yet in real life, overseas success depends on both: the leader needs clarity, confidence, and support, and the organization needs workable mechanisms for alignment, decision-making, and execution.

That is what shaped my approach. I do not see coaching and consulting as separate worlds. Coaching helps leaders think clearly, position themselves well, and act with confidence. Consulting helps organizations clarify roles, rhythms, collaboration, and execution mechanisms. When these two are brought together, change becomes far more practical and sustainable.

That is why I founded The Green Apple. It is a place where international leadership experience, coaching depth, and practical business support come together—to help overseas leaders adapt faster, and to help companies build the cross-border clarity and execution they need to grow well.
